AI tools assessment · English / Español

AI should make your week lighter.

You are already trying the tools. Some things work, some almost work, and the choices keep multiplying. I look at how your business actually runs and give you a clear, practical plan for what to do next.

Tell me where you got stuck

A short first conversation. No pitch. No homework.

You are already using AI.
You know there is more to it.

ChatGPT is helping. You may be paying for one of the leading models, trying new tools, or building something you are genuinely proud of. Some things work. Some things almost work.

But the choices keep multiplying. Do I go to chat? Work in a project? Build an automation? Use a skill or a plugin? Are we even prompting anymore? Just as you find your footing, something changes again. It is exhausting.

The problem is not that you are doing it wrong. There is no one-size-fits-all AI setup. The useful answer is the one translated into your business, your work, and the way you want to operate.

The AI Tools Assessment

We start with a 45-minute working conversation. You show me where the week gets repetitive, expensive, or simply annoying. Then I research and test current tools and come back with three to seven specific recommendations.

  1. Show me the week

What you repeat, what you avoid, what costs too much time or money, and what you’ve already tried.

  2. I test and translate

I start with the problem, then look for the most practical and useful answer—not the most impressive stack.

  3. You get the plan

Three to seven recommendations, with costs, priorities, a four-day start plan, and the reasoning behind them.

  4. We review it

A 30-minute call so the report becomes action, not another file you never open.

  5. I am here if you need me

For two weeks after our review call, you can email me with questions as you get started. I will reply within two business days.

You stay in charge.

Tomorrow will be more digital and more AI-driven than today.

The goal is not to chase every new tool. It is to understand the problem, think from first principles, and build enough judgment to know what good looks like. I do not just hand you a plan and disappear. I explain what we are doing in plain English, what to ask, and how to evaluate the result. AI can do more of the work. You keep the taste, judgment, and final say—and both you and your business leave more capable than before.

If your report does not document at least five reclaimable hours a week, and we agree on that together at the review call, no invoice. You pay nothing and keep the report.

I build.
I connect dots.
I find better ways.

Operations Advertising E-commerce

I have spent my career at the intersection of operations, advertising, and e-commerce. I am a builder, a dot connector, and the person who is always looking for a better way to make the work work. AI has helped me do that in my own business and my own life, with real results I can feel every day: less friction, clearer decisions, and more room for the things only I can do. I have learned where it helps, where it breaks, and what it takes to make it useful. Now I want to bring other people along.

I am Spanish, fully bilingual, optimistic by nature, and allergic to unnecessary complication. I will tell you what is useful, what is not ready, and what is simply another subscription wearing a clever costume.

This fits you if

  • You run a 2-to-20-person business, or you are the business.
  • Admin, email, books, and paperwork take time from the work you are good at.
  • You have tried AI, gotten somewhere, and gotten stuck.
  • You want one clear plan, not another subscription.

It does not fit you if

  • You need custom software. I will say so and point you in the right direction.
  • You want a company-wide AI transformation plan. This assessment starts smaller, with the real work in front of you.
  • You do not have room to try even one small change right now. The value comes from using the plan, not simply having it.

A few practical questions

No AI vocabulary test required.

Where do you work?

Remotely, with people anywhere. In English or Spanish.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe your week and where it gets stuck, we can do this.

What if I already use ChatGPT or another AI tool?

Good. This assessment is built for people who have already tried something and want to make it more useful.

What if the AI makes things up?

It can. That is why AI should never get the last word. Useful AI work needs verification, clear sources, and checkpoints before anything important is sent, published, or acted on. In the Life OS I use myself, every job carries a contract (what it promises), a receipt (proof it happened), and an audience (who reads the result). That makes the work checkable and keeps a human responsible for the final decision. Part of the assessment is deciding where your work needs those safeguards.

Will you try to sell me software?

No. I do not take affiliate fees or vendor commissions. The recommendation has to earn its place in your business.

What happens to what I tell you?

Your assessment stays confidential. I will not use your name, business, recordings, workflows, or results in marketing without your written permission.

Don’t wait. This train is not stopping.

Show me the thing that keeps wasting your time.

Start with a short conversation. No pitch. No homework. Tell me what you tried and where it got stuck.
