Analytics on this site
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand visit statistics and session recordings so I can improve the site. Neither tool runs, and neither sets a cookie, until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner or in Cookie settings in the footer. If you choose "Reject," or make no choice, neither tool loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time.

Source for the Google Analytics cookie names and purposes: Google, "Cookies used by Google Analytics" (support.google.com/analytics/answer/11397207). Source for the Clarity and Microsoft-identifier cookie names and purposes: Microsoft, "Clarity Cookies" (learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/setup-and-installation/clarity-cookies). The _clck and _clsk durations above were measured directly in a browser on this site; Microsoft's own documentation does not publish exact figures for them and may change them without notice. A MUID sync through c.bing.com was observed in that same check.
How long Clarity keeps recordings
Per the Microsoft Clarity FAQ: session recordings are kept for 30 days. Recordings I mark as favorites, and a random sample Clarity keeps, along with heatmaps and labels, are kept for up to 9 months.
Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: aggregated visit statistics and session recordings to see how the site is used and where it can be improved. Legal basis for setting the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawing stops both tools and removes the Google Analytics and Clarity cookies stored under this site's domain. Cookies Microsoft sets on its own domains can be cleared in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect data collected before it.
Where this data goes
Google acts as my processor for Google Analytics (Google Ads Data Processing Terms). Microsoft operates Clarity as a data controller under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Both are US-based providers; where they process data outside the country where you are located, they rely on their own transfer mechanisms (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, per each provider's current terms). Google Analytics retains event-level data for 2 months before it ages out, under this property's retention setting. Google signals, ads personalization, and sharing with Google products and services are off for this property. All four optional Google data-sharing settings for this account are off: Google products and services, modeling contributions and business insights, technical support, and recommendations for your business. I accepted Google's Data Processing Terms as required by GDPR for this account on September 11, 2026.
Hosting (separate from analytics consent)
This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) as part of ordinary web hosting, to serve pages and secure the site. This happens for every visit regardless of your analytics choice; it is not an analytics cookie and is not gated by the banner. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running and securing the site. Netlify acts as my processor under its Data Processing Agreement (last updated June 9, 2026), which uses the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two) as a fallback transfer mechanism. Logs are kept on Netlify's own retention schedule.

Mail to rita@lucentiaworks.com is routed by Cloudflare and delivered to a Gmail inbox I control. Treat it like ordinary business email.
If we work together
Discovery calls are recorded only with your OK, stated at the start of the call. What you share may be processed in professional AI tools and access-controlled storage I manage. I delete working files on request where technically possible; backup copies expire on provider schedules. Before paid work begins, you will receive written terms explaining the tools, retention rules, and how to ask for deletion.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to restrict how it is processed, ask for a portable copy of it, or object to how it is used: rita@lucentiaworks.com. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Complaints
If you are in Spain or the EU and are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
